Key officials and staff of the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) underwent training workshop on Bangsamoro Livelihood Modelling on November 13-14, 2017 at Em Manor Hotel, Cotabato City.
The workshop was aimed to develop a livelihood model that could be the basis of BDA’s livelihood strategy.
Support to livelihood program is now one of the target priorities of the agency as informed by the previous workshop in August 2017.
For fifteen years of operation, BDA has already demonstrated its capacity to implement numerous projects and has obtained experience in dealing with community driven development programs vis-à-vis local economic development interventions.
These are with the Mindanao Trust Fund- Reconstruction and Development Program (MTFRDP), Programme for Local Economic Development through Enlightened Governance and Grassroots Empowerment (PLEDGE), Community Development in Conflict Affected Areas in Mindanao (CD-CAAM) and TIKAbuhayan.
This workshop on Bangsamoro Livelihood Modellingis organized by the BDA in partnership with the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (CHD).
