It is conducted every last week of the month or sometimes, extended up to the 1st day of succeeding month.

Purpose of the meeting is to collect and consolidate both progress and accomplishment reports for project and program based implementation; discuss ways forward; and tackle issues and concern pertaining to the daily operation of the region.

Based on the reports presented, BDA CenMin while implementing projects in partnership with other international donors, its accomplishment through program based to build and develop people that will re-build and develop the Bangsamoro is far greater than any other achievements.

Engr. Abdulwahid Sendad, BDA-CenMin regional coordinator for CD-CAAM project extension phase and, the same time, training officer said, the BDA-CenMin does not only make its major programs in place but working because they have other significant advantages aside from what other projects can offer in attaining the vision of the agency.

“Based on the reports of volunteers directly involved in the eight (8) major programs of BDA, I observed that they accomplished a lot more than the other engagements of the agency in this region despite the challenges on financial allocation” Engr. Sendad added.

He also mentioned of the staff spending their own money in the pursuit of carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to them being in charge of the program implementation.

Akmad Agao, Regional Secretary of Youth Development Program said, “this is what makes us different from other organizations because we are making the eight major programs of BDA not just in place but working by even spending our own money to serve more the communities in need while we are properly implementing projects from donors”.

Ameril Guimba, Regional Coordinator of Economic Program commented,” this is good, we are taking more initiatives in order to help communities which are not yet reached through appropriate development interventions form both local and international donors”.

He however added that there are still greater numbers of and wider communities in the Bangsamoro that needs appropriate development interventions.

“So such are among our priority concern considering the fact that they are also victims of the prevailing oppressions and other injustices in the country,” Guimba added.

“Thus let us maximize our efforts in this regard,” Guimba stressed.

RM Hashim Manticayan in his concluding message, said, “let us maximize the use of our time and resources by exerting our utmost efforts while we is still have chance to help others in need according to priority because this is their right from us, to help them as much as we can”.

“If we do not exert our utmost capabilities, if we do not try hard to utilize our time and resources to help, such are big parts of oppression against them because it is their right from us that we have to help them while we still have chance to do so” RM Maticayan also said.

He further stated that the least that we can do to build people that will build the nation is to avoid committing oppressions and all other injustices starting from within ourselves.

BDA-CenMin is among the seven (7) regions of the agency that covers the provinces of Maguindanao, North Cotabato, some areas of Bukidnon and other areas of Sultan Kudarat.
