BDA goes on air, launches radio program

With prime objective of reaching wider audience for better information dissemination, the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) takes the broadcast world through a radio program to reach wider audience for outpouring and popular support from stakeholders.

Dubbed as BDA sa Kawang-Kawangan (BDA on Air), the radio program is primarily organized to inform the listeners of BDA and its programs, services and relevant updates that affect the people in the Bangsamoro.

The program also aims to inform listeners on and the status of programs and activities that are currently implemented by BDA together with its various partners.

The program will also include discussion on latest issues and information that interests the Bangsamoro.

On the importance of communication for the agency, BDA Chairman Dr. Saffrullah Dipatuan said “BDA is prone to be misunderstood by a number of stakeholders, whether internal or external, because of its unprecedented nature and peculiar situation.”

“It is of crucial importance, therefore, that BDA must be able to bridge communication gaps with all its stakeholders and prospective partners in order to take advantage of the benefits ensuing from the creation of an atmosphere of mutual understanding, respect and cooperation, Dr. Dipatuan added.

BDA sa Kawang-Kawangan kicked off today, April 9, 2015 at 99.0 VOICE FM. It will be aired every Mondays to Thursdays at 10:00AM to 12:00N.

Voice FM 99.0 is reaching Central Mindanao region covering some parts of North Cotabato, Maguindanao and few of Ranaw region.
