Aimed to strengthen values transformation training, Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) and Hineleban Foundation Inc, a non-profit, non-stock organization which is an ardent advocate of environmental conservation and livelihood development, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on values and leadership transformation program on May 15, 2015 at EM Manor Hotel Cotabato City.

This MOU intended to formulate the 10-module values and leadership transformation training manuals.

“This engagement with a private sector, a formulation of values manual is a transformation to different stakeholders from communities to high end stakeholders” BDA Chairman Dr. Saffrullah Dipatuan stressed during the signing.

On the hand, Dr. Urooj S. Malik, CEO and Chairman of Hineleban said “Values and Leadership: It is our call, a call to strengthen the inner core of the Bangsamoro communities”.

BDA pioneered the implementation of Values Transformation Training (VTT) in the Central Management Office, its regional offices and communities as part of enhancing the values of people’s organization.

The signing of MOU was represented by Dr. Dipatuan and Dr. Malik and was witnessed by Uz. Abdulkadir K. Abdullah, BOD member and Murshid of BDA and Victorino A. Perrine of Unifrutti Philippine Inc.
