BDA Ramadhan Program 2015 goes regional level

Extending assistance to poor families continues as the Ramadhan Program 2015 of Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) goes regional level targeting 5,000 individuals and 860 families across the five regions of BDA.
To note, Ramadhan Program 2015 started at BDA Central Management Office reaching 4, 922 beneficiaries in Cotabato City and Maguindanao province.
The agency’s regional offices in Davao, Ranaw, Southern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula and Zamboanga-Basilan shall serve 1,000 free Iftar in various masjids (place of worship) in their respective areas.
There shall be 172 families who will receive food assistance per region.
Food packs includes 10 kilogram of rice, sardines, noodles, brown sugar, sachet of coffee and milk, and cooking oil.
It was noted that free iftar activities at said regional areas shall kickoff as soon as identified sites will be firmed up.
This specific Ramadhan Program 2015 for regional level is supported by government Turkiye Diyanet Vakfi (TDV), a humanitarian foundation based in Turkey.
