Staff of Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) under its orphanage care program are now joining the 2nd orphanage manager consultation and training meeting which started on October 3 until 6, 2015 at Izmit City in Turkey.

Zaida Dimacisil, orphanage director at BDA-IHH orphanage center in Cotabato City together with Moniesa Husain, operations assistant are attending the said event.

Accordingly, the activity includes presentations and workshops on childhood, adolescence, and pedagogic guidance which will be facilitated by some invited experts.

Participants are also getting the chance to present about the orphanage they are managing.

A tour to historical and cultural sites at the City of Istanbul is also part of the activity.

BDA with the support of Insani Yardim Vakfi (IHH) is managing an orphanage in Cotabato City with 64 children being catered in-house and 138 distant orphans.

The orphanage was inaugurated in May of this year.
