BDP internal roadshow now happening for BDA regional staff

Series of awareness campaign on the Bangsamoro Development Plan (BDP) start across the regional management offices (RMOs) of Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA).
The activity is part of the BDP’s internal roadshow to increase awareness and understanding thereof among internal audiences, and generate appreciation and support for the same.
Ranaw Regional Management (RMO) key officials and staff including some of its volunteers were oriented recently about the plan on July 3, 2015 at the office of the said region.
According to Rhadzni Taalim, BDP core planning team representative, there were 26 participants in the region for the said orientation.
“Said Shiek, acting Ranaw regional manager, in his opening remarks said, our tasks nowadays are very crucial as our partners (locally and internationally) are looking for our movement and output as well.”
During the activity, BDP representatives from BDA-Central Management Office (CMO) presented to participants the very contents of the Plan.
Contents are based on BDP’s programs such as economy and livelihood, infrastructure, social services (education, health, water sanitation and hygiene, and housing), environment and natural resources, culture and identity, and governance.
This internal roadshow kicked off at BDA-CMO on May 24, 2015 followed by same activity for Central Mindanao regional staff.
Internal roadshow for other BDA regions are also scheduled this month to continuously inform other key RMO officials and staff with regards to the BDP and enjoin their support and ownership.
BDP, the comprehensive roadmap that articulates the collective needs and aspirations of the people in the Bangsamoro was launched in November 2014 at was recently published in the first quarter of 2015.
