Support of community stakeholders to any program or project is indeed significant towards its successful implementation.

For the Tahderiyyah program implemented by the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA), for instance, the strong support of community stakeholders contributed greatly to the success of the program.

In a survey conducted by the BDA Central Mindanao Region initiated by its Information, Communication and Learning Officer (ICLO) Badrudin B. Sendad, in August 2015, with the Tahderiyyah teachers as respondents, it showed that indeed the community are supporting the program.

The result showed that such strong support is motivated by fact that the curriculum is traditionally sensitive that caters the learning needs of the Bangsamoro children appropriate to their pre-school age.

Also, the survey manifests that the concerned community stakeholders contribute financial support in order to augment the honorarium and/or allowance of Tahderiyyah teachers.

Moreover, the survey likewise reveals the concerned community stakeholders even help in the rehabilitation and/or construction of Tahderiyyah buildings.

According to BDA CenMin Region, this survey is an initiative to help strengthen and advance the education of the Bangsamoro particularly children.

Moreover, the survey was conducted in order to determine the status of the implementation of Tahderiyyah Curriculum in Central Mindanao in terms of community acceptability.

Tahderiyyah program in partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has three components: education, child protection and water sanitation and health (WaSH).
