The program is in partnership with United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) which aim is to establish a strong networks of partners consisting of government, NGOs, international agencies and non-state actors that will aim to to prevent displacement, to protect internally displaced person (IDP), and help find solution to their plight.

Under the program, BDA strengthens its capacity on data management and on monitoring and assessment of the status of IDPs.
