Key staff of Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) under its Tahderriyah program components convened yesterday, October 7, 2015 for Project Development Management Workshop held at BDA Training Center, Cotabato City.

Accordingly, the activity aimed to consolidate and have right information for key staff before they start the program proper.

Julie Maliga, Tahderriyah program coordinator said that she find this activity as one of important matter which the staff has to learn as a team.

“The phase 3 of Tahderriyah Program is just starting this October. So, as the new coordinator, I found that this workshop would be needed by the staff to know as a team”, Maliga said.

The whole day activity was focused on the project management, stakeholder analysis and responsible, accountable, consult and inform (RACI) matrix discussed by Engr. Nasser Sinarimbo, organizational performance management consultant (OPMC).

Further, Maliga emphasized that she was hoping for openness among the team for them to achieve their goals in implementing the program.

Tahderiyyah program with components on education, child protection and water sanitation and health (WaSH) is now on its Phase 3 implementation.
