Management Development Program - Budget and Financial Management
Budget and Financial Management is the fourth phase of the Management Development Program implemented by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). It was conducted last February 20-22, 2013 at the El Bajada Hotel, Davao City. The participants were the Bangsamoro Development Agency’s (BDA) Board of Directors, central and regional key staff, and key officer of the Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI).
The Resource Persons were Mr. Michael Cañares and Mr. Gilbert Lumantao of DAP. The sessions were conducted in a creative manner that evoked interest and participation. The participants found the discussion on the M&E of financial documents exciting and very relevant. Also, they gained a basic understanding of and familiarity with financial documents.
