In Brgy. Lucatan, Tarragona local enterprises established were salt making, dried fish making and provision of mother fishing boat with fishing gears. In Brgy. Tomoaong, the businesses are banana product processing, dress and garments making, indigenous product production and provision of common marketing facility.
Julhaina Cadon, former coordinator of the program led the team together with Anisa Abdullah, admin officer and Raquel Sanlucan, community enterprise development officer (CEDO) for Davao Region.

PLEDGE culminated in October 2016 with a product fair, which highlighted various products from eleven (11) communities across the six regions of BDA.
