BDA-Cenmin sustains monthly meeting for program updating, planning and volunteerism
The Bangsamoro Development Agency Central Mindanao (BDA-CenMin) Region sustains a monthly meeting among its staff and volunteers which accordingly is one way of strengthening its capacity building.
Recent of which was on September 1, 2016 at the agency regional management office (RMO) in Central Mindanao located at # Jasmin St., RH6, Cotabato City.
The said engagement aims to update the staffs on the current situation of the projects and programs of BDA-CenMin through a healthy discussion.
According to Abdulrasheed Ambil, regional manager, “this is one way of updating everyone of the present status of the programs including its accomplishments”.
“We can also identify challenges, problems and issues that we are encountering within the different provinces of CenMin region”, Ambil said.
In fact, every emissary of the province is given a chance to report during the said meeting.
“Of course, through this, we can also formulate solution to resolve those”, Ambil added.
“Likewise, we also make plan activities for the next month”, Ambil emphasized.
On the other hand, BDA-CenMin also conducting Volunteer Regular Meeting (VRM) every Sunday of the week.
In an interview by BDA-CenMin Communication Group (ComGroup) dated September 7, 2016, Nazneen B. Biruar-Piang, Administrative Officer (AO) stated that “we ensure to maintain and sustain the volunteers within the Regional Management Office (RMO) through VRM)”.
“We also preserve volunteerism for it is our capital through the years”, Piang added.
As father of the region, Ambil also spearheads briefing among the 47 staffs every first day of the week before they start working.
“This engagement serves guidance for the staffs on weekly basis”, Ambil said.
Briefing also serves period of updating on the newly development regarding RMO operations.
BDA Central Mindanao is one of the six regional offices of BDA.
