BDA Ranaw team gears up for program implementation
Towards efficient program implementation, the team of the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) Regional Management Office (RMO) Ranaw hold a meeting on August 11, 2016 at its office located at 2/F Abdulmalik Building, Sarimanok, Marawi City.
Primary objective of the meeting was preparation for various activities to be conducted in line with goal of completing the program implementation.
Accordingly, these are Orientation and Values Transformation Training (VTT) to community volunteers and people’s organizations, Basic Opportunity Planning & Livelihood Training, Conduct of Capacity Building Strengthening Activities at Community Level, Organizational Management Training, Financial Literacy and Management Training and PO Mobilization and Pre-Implementation Meeting.
Through this meeting, the team was able to plan and designated schedules for each activity, and delegated necessary tasks to respective staff.
Said activities will be undertaken under the program dubbed as the Bangsamoro Assistance for Development and Community Empowerment Bangsamoro ADVANCE implemented by the BDA in partnership with the Community and Family Services International (CFSI).
B-Advance with fifty (50) sites is conceptualized in support to confidence building measures of the GPH- MILF as provided in the Comprehensive Agreement on Bangsamoro (CAB). This was also in respond to the clamour from the communities especially on the implementation of basic services including livelihood opportunities.
The programs is supported by the MTF with various donors such as such as the European Union, the Swedish International Development Agency, the Australian Embassy Philippines, Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development of Canada, the United States Agency for International Development, the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the World Bank.
