Community Empowerment

The primary mandate of BDA is to lead, manage and determine relief and rehabilitation in the conflict-affected areas in Mindanao. In doing so, community empowerment is one of the major actions of BDA. This means reaching out to vulnerable communities to promote self-reliance through various programs implemented with partners.
